A bespoke forum for reflection, discussion and sharing of effective practice. Content will be tailored in response to feedback gathered from Early Years leaders and respond to local and national agenda items.

Learning outcomes
The aims of these termly seminars are to:
- update Early Years leaders on current national and local initiatives and developments
- promote a deeper understanding of Early Years pedagogy and practice
- encourage networking and collegiality between schools and to share practice with other Early Years settings in the schools' localities
- build on best practice in Hertfordshire and nationally to improve the quality of Early Years provision
