The aims of the course are to:

  • fully understand the purpose and role of the key person, particularly on the day of inspection

  • understand the importance of developing strong attachments and relationships

  • build confidence around their role in teaching, learning and development of children

  • understand how the term Cultural Capital affects their role and the value in building parent partnerships

Additional Information
This course is ideal for newly appointed key persons, along with existing key persons that want to gain confidence in their role, in particular their role on the day of inspection.
