Event Description
Successful behaviour leadership in the classroom requires a strong focus on positive behaviour. Delegates will explore how to set out positive expectations effectively, how to respond to problem behaviour and how to take their pupils with them on the learning journey. The course will reinforce a therapeutic approach to behaviour consistent with Herts STEPs and will embed tried and tested approaches to behaviour leadership.

  • explore ways of reducing the amount of time spent dealing with disruptive behaviour
