Event Description
This session aims to raise awareness and confidence in school leaders and support teams in understanding their required responsibilities with respect to HMRC regulations for clients engaging off-payroll workers.

This session will feature scenarios and a walkthrough of the HMRC online status tool to help prepare delegates for following up back at their school.

By attending the session, participants will:

  • be more confident to follow their responsibilities in relation to identifying and managing off-payroll workers

  • understand the context of the IR35 regulations understand their 'end-client' responsibilities

  • recognise key differences in the employment status of workers have greater awareness of the HMRC online tools
