Event Description
Delivered by the head of business management services, key leaders within Herts for Learning, and other external agencies, this session will provide updates on school business management related topics.

The session is particularly relevant for those new to headship, or settings without a school business manager and the format will provide a blend of business leadership and operational guidance alongside interactive Q&A sessions led by practise experts, plus facilitated networking with colleagues on how to embed strong business management practise in schools.

The forum will allow headteachers looking to further develop the business leadership of their setting to engage with subject experts who will provide guidance to the key questions on operational and strategic practise as schools navigate the evolving situation of running a school in these challenging and uncertain times.
