Event Description
This conference is firmly based in classroom practice, flooded with productive ideas on transforming student progress in mathematics. It will be especially suitable for classroom teachers, but will also be highly relevant to heads of department and others interested in mathematics education in Key Stages 3 and 4.
We are delighted to welcome back Robert Wilne as our keynote speaker. His theme will be challenging students’ understanding in Mathematics lessons, and will be well worth hearing.
Alongside Robert, we have been lucky to secure the following people to deliver workshops:
Bruno Reddy (‘Times Table Rock Stars’, inter alia)
Charlie Gilderdale (NRICH)
Sue Southward (Cambridge Maths Hub)
David Grant (Matrix Maths Hub)
This event is likely to attract delegates from a wide range of schools. It will afford a valuable opportunity to network with colleagues from other settings and trusts, as well as representatives from publishers and other organisations.
