Event Description
This training, spread over two afternoons, will explore purposes and methods of assessment and build a clear understanding of the age-related curriculum expectations in reading, writing and maths. There will be opportunities for delegates to explore examples of pupil’s work and discuss the ways in which these demonstrate the expected level of attainment and the areas where the pupils would need to focus for improvement.

The session will also explore tips and approaches to reporting to parents about their children’s attainment, whether through verbal consultations or written reports.
