Early Years managers' professional development annual programme

The aims of this programme are to:

• inspire leaders/managers of settings to be "great leaders" who are confident, competent and organised when leading their Early Years provision


• take a deeper look at effective ways to monitor, reflect and review all areas of practice, in order to effectively raise the quality of teaching and continually offer and sustain a high quality learning environment


• offer a programme that will include tasks that help delegates to reflect on their current practice and give the opportunity to share ideas to further improve their own professional development


• provide opportunity for evaluation and reflection to identify areas for improvement and support development planning


• gain a long-term vision for your setting, which can be embedded into practice and followed up year after year

This programme, which is suitable for Early Years managers and leaders, will start in Autumn 2021 and comprises 6 2 hour webinars across 3 terms. Delegates will be provided with resources to support this practice based course.
