Event Description
This workshop will welcome delegates into the sometimes complex world of HR. It will provide useful tips and tricks to successfully manage staff, as well as preparing them for future challenges they may face. The workshop will dip into the key areas of HR including performance management, dealing with team conflict and managing attendance as well as learning when to escalate matters.
