A virtual welcome event for early career teachers (ECTs) starting out on their induction journey.
Training objectives
Learning outcomes
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- be introduced to the key Herts for Learning ECT induction contacts/team
- share early experiences and network with other ECTs
- ask questions arising from their first few weeks
- hear about forthcoming training for ECTs
