Since the government set out its plans for "Living with Covid" on 1st April 2022 there has been a period of relative stability in the guidance on managing the pandemic. Join the HR Services team as we explore the HR policy implications and operational issues for schools in following this guidance and living with the new normal.
This structure of this session will be an initial 30-minute briefing to provide advice and guidance on any aspect of managing a Covid safe school, followed by a Q&A session with the HR Managers from the HR Services team for 30 – 60 minutes, as determined by the number of questions that delegates have.
In order to give attendees the maximum benefit from this session we are giving the opportunity to submit questions in advance. Of course, you will still have the opportunity to ask a question, and have it answered on the day, but this will allow us to ensure content on the day is tailored to support as many common questions as possible.
Help schools and trust to:
- understand national rules and guidance and the HCC approach
- feel empowered and confident in making local decisions
- understand where there are risks and how to manage these
- gain with a greater understanding of how they can manage and support staff
- receive answers to any questions they wish to ask
This training has been subsidised by HfL to allow ensure maximum participation. The cost of attending is £19 (excluding VAT) per delegate.
