This training is aimed at all governors of maintained schools. Whilst based on the HCC model policy, the concept of governors' roles and responsibilities is the same although other model policies may differ in terms of stages within a procedure

Outline

This session will:

  • identify the principles of good complaint handling

  • share the complaints policy toolkit

  • use the toolkit and relevant papers to work through a scenario
