Event Description
This workshop will provide an overview of the existing grievance process, and will identify the inherent problems that can arise from such a process-driven and traditional method of grievance resolution. The workshop will explain the benefits and importance of modern informal conflict resolution techniques, which can be used within the informal stage of the grievance process or as a standalone skill, to prevent disputes escalating, achieve employee buy-in and address issues at the root cause. Managers will be equipped with key facilitation techniques.
