Learning outcomes
For the summer term, the Quality Improvement Forum (QIF) will be delivered as a live webinar. The presentations will include:

Taking theory into practice - "How do the Early Years Theorists impact on our practice, curriculum and vision?"
A fun interactive session to help us recall our knowledge around early years theory, reflecting on how the various theorists may underpin our current practices and pedagogy

Planning your team's annual CPD - "Creating a love of learning and growth for your team as well as the children"
A session on how leaders can plan for and maximise the learning that our teams have been undertaking to have an impact on the provision we offer and outcomes for children

HfL HR services will be giving their advice on "Supporting leaders with challenging conversations, and employee supervision"
A useful session on supporting your team through re-opening and embracing the many new practices and procedures within the EY setting

Ofsted, DfE and safeguarding - local and national updates
Additional Information
Main presentations 1:15-3:30pm, followed by optional surgeries until 4:00pm. This forum is FREE to attend for members, ONE place per early years PVI group setting.

If members do require an additional place, the cost will be £30 Ex VAT.

The cost for non-members is £30 Ex VAT. If you would like to take out membership, please go to www.hertsforlearning.co.uk and put QIF in the search box.

Try before you buy 
If you would like to 'try before you buy', book a place on the Quality Improvement Forum (QIF).

For £30 you can attend this event and, if you decide to join the QIF membership, you will be able to upgrade to become a member on the day for an extra £20.
