Findings from cognitive science have been heralded as ‘the next big thing’ in education, offering great promise to teachers in raising attainment of pupils, particularly in helping to close the gap between disadvantaged and non-disadvantaged pupils.

This compact webinar aims to pull out some of the key ideas from cognitive science, explore the background principles and suggest how these could be used in learning settings both remote and classroom.
