A fully funded workshop to support managers in leading reflective practice to help ‘close the gap’, ensuring all children have an equal chance of success.
Training objectives
Learning outcomes
The aims of this workshop are to:

• increase understanding of cultural capital
• explore strategies to gather children’s cultural capital
• develop a curriculum that is focused on supporting all children to succeed

This workshop will explore the meaning of cultural capital and how practitioners can gather the information they need. It will review how this information can inform a curriculum which aims for all children to succeed, with a focus on developing the life skills they need, regardless of circumstances and experiences.
