A fully funded workshop to support managers in leading reflective practice to help ‘close the gap’, ensuring all children have an equal chance of success.
Training objectives
Learning outcomes
The aims of this workshop are to:

• review equality and diversity in an early years setting
• explore unconscious bias and how this affects practice
• review how settings resource for diversity

This workshop will explore equality and diversity in an early years setting. It will consider unconscious bias and how to recognise and challenge it in the setting. It will also review how the setting resources for diversity and how this can be developed with increased understanding.
