Event Description
This interactive event will provide an insight into how other schools have implemented, or plan to implement, T Levels and how they have mitigated challenges and barriers unique to school settings.

The session will include input from the Education and Training Foundation, highlighting the support for T Level strategic leaders to establish what they need to know before delivery, and also the ongoing training and advice available for teams and teachers, specific to their chosen route and T Level course. Within the session, you will be introduced to schools and sixth forms at different stages of their own T Level journey including:

- wave 1 (2020) sixth form who will explain how they have successfully incorporated T Levels into their curriculum
- wave 2 (2021) and 3 (2022) providers who will be exploring the challenges and changes they have faced as they prepare and plan for their delivery

The session will conclude with a Q&A session with our guest panel, giving you space to ask some of your own questions.

Careers Collective are advocates of apprenticeships and will be attending the session, delivering a workshop focusing on the current apprenticeship landscape (post-Covid), and the key messaging around apprenticeships for students. The aim of the session is to support you to identify students who might suit apprenticeships, the kinds of activities students should engage in prior to application and how to support students with the apprenticeship application.
