This course will explore the core principles of successful assessment, recording and reporting of relationships education and health education (PSHE). This course will focus on increasing the confidence and skills of lead teachers to plan robust opportunities for the assessment of relationships education and health education and to be able to evidence the impact of teaching and learning.Essential Information
Effective consultation and partnership with parents can reduce parental anxieties around relationships education and concerns around sexuality. It can also empower schools to deliver high-quality, needs-led RSE that safeguards pupils effectively. This course will provide schools with practical tips on how to work in partnership with parents in ways that seek to enhance pupils’ learning experiences, including exploring how to support parents to build on RSE in the home, developing important channels of communication with their child.Essential Information
This unique, subject-level programme for secondary drama NQTs and trainees offers intensive and specialist drama training and development from recognised experts in their subject.
It will develop subject expertise and practice in the classroom.
NQTs will be provided with a range of resources and strategies to try out at school as well as having the opportunity to network and share strategies with other NQTs and trainees teaching drama.
