This full-day course is relevant for SENCOs and senior leaders with responsibility for special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). It looks, in detail, at the evidence required to support self-evaluation using the essentials of day-to-day good practice. During the day, we will explore the Framework for Inspection and consider the implications on practice. Common themes and areas for development from recent Ofsted inspections will be shared and considered in the context of delegates own schools.

Entries are invited for the Year 7 Mathematics Challenge 2020.

Each school is encouraged to submit teams of four Year 7 students for this friendly inter-school competition. (Maximum of 2 teams per school.)
The challenge will comprise a mixture of challenge, problem-solving and fun.

There are four heats scheduled across the County; winners from individual heats will go forward to the Final, to be held on Thursday 26th March at the Hertfordshire Development Centre, Stevenage.
